I am a student in love with sheaf theory, trying to learn and work with algebraic analysis (Sato school) so as to develop this subject, because PDE theory is important (Poincaré conjecture, Hodge theory) but very ugly. Topos theory is obviously a crucial component for this subject (see Kashiwara-Schapira: Ind-sheaves).
